Experience the ways of exploring, watching and enjoy the premountain rain forest from los cerros de La Carpintera.
At the starting point we’ll have a brief orientation for you to familiarize with your Canopy adventure, then minutes after we will begin to decend from 1800 meters of cable divided in platforms from different distances, we’ll also carry high tech equipment which is renovated constantly to ensure its perfect and safety conditions. Between these platforms we will find landing by rappelling and hiking through two paths of 200 and 300 meters. The experience ends with a traditional tipical lunch in our Hacienda Chirraca restaurant, here we will share your video experience where it will be display with your own performance.

The Our trip will start in Rio Palomo Hotel, where our operation center is located. Here the visitors will have all the necessary comfort, a wide and completely safe private parking lot, restrooms and a place to change their clothes for more appropriate gear. Furthermore, in this place all the participants will be provided with all the necessary equipment for the descent of the river which includes: a life jacket, a paddle and a helmet.
Then after you will get a complete speech about safety and how to paddle and also we’ll have a practice of those aspects checked in the speech. Once all doubts are cleared up, we will go to a section of class III rapids, perfect for all people who wish to have fun safely.
The section extends through a distance of 5 km of continuous and funny whitewaters, with a spectacular sightseeing of the surrounding mountains, where we guarantee healthy and safe entertainment in touch with nature and with the rapids. The tour in the river lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours. A tipical lunch will be provided.

This river offers some of Costa Rica's most lush and vibrant scenery.
It has its origins in clear mountain streams that wind down through the rainforest, finally coming together in the crystal waters of the beautiful Sarapiquí.
The low-volume of the river makes it ideal for white-water novices, as well as families, all of whom will enjoy its moderately flowing rapids, interspersed with tranquil stretches. There are also excellent bird-watching opportunities as the river stretches its way through lush vegetation that is home to hummingbirds, toucans, woodpeckers, and scores of other native bird species.

Enjoy a full day of adventures in the Valley of Orosi, just an hour from San Jose. We started with a tour of 2 hours quads in which we traveled by a biological corridor in this way and admiring its majestic nature, and several species of animals and birds in the area. Then change to the quads by rafts down the Rio Grande Orosi, an adventure memorable about an hour and a half, making a stop on the way to enjoy delicious fruits and and recharge energy.
At the end of the fall, we went to the restaurant where Palomo expected a typical lunch.




Orosí Four Wheeles:

It’s a combination of adventure in touch with nature. We will start the tour in ATV`s in the beautiful colonial town Orosi, where we will guide by us guides to Tapanti road, to the small town of Purisil, where we are entering through the mountain trails crossing rivers of crystal clear water and overcoming some obstacles easy. We`ll take pictures of beautiful natural scenery that gives us the beautiful valley of Orosi.
